As 2023 comes to an end, we would like to bring you up to date on the most recent initiatives, projects and collaborations we have embarked upon at Tecno International.
Our latest partnerships & collaborations
A strategic partnership to catalyse sustainability-oriented capital.
Earlier this year we defined a strategic partnership with Primera Purpose Advisory, an international sustainable finance and strategy advisory firm combining expertise in sustainable and developmental finance, regulatory matters and ESG.
As organisations worldwide strive to navigate the complexities of sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues – particularly small and medium sized entities, this partnership is poised to deliver unparalleled expertise, innovation, and solutions.
Together, Tecno International and Primera Purpose Advisory will provide a holistic and tailored approach to help businesses and investors embrace sustainable practices, meet ESG goals, thrive in an ever-evolving regulatory and market landscape, and catalyse sustainability-oriented capital.
We are very excited about the possibilities this partnership unlocks and look forward to helping organisations, big and small, embark on their sustainability journey.
A journey towards greener diplomacies.
The Consulate General of Italy London moves forward towards building together a sustainable future. We are proud to support such a prestigious institution in its sustainable transformation journey.
Since the end of 2022, Tecno International has regularly met the Consul General and his team in their office in the heart of London to develop the first ESG analysis of the Consulate General of Italy. Tecno International performed an ESG Assessment certified by the GRI, an international nonprofit body that sets standards for reporting sustainable performance of organizations of any size, from any sector and country in the world.
We are delighted to collaborate with the Consulate General of Italy London as it embarks upon further initiatives towards a greener and more sustainable future, with a focus that only affects the impact its activities have on the environment but also and foremost on the social and governance spheres.
The Italian Consulate in the UK is a leading example for diplomacies in the rest of Europe and the world. This is only the first of many projects we expect to emerge in the future thanks to our established and long-lasting collaboration.
Our latest initiatives
Announcing the launch of world-first “Serie A Sustainability Index”, celebrating sustainability credentials of Serie A teams.
We are thrilled to announce that we launched the first-of-its-kind Italian Lega Serie A Sustainability Index.
Tecno International collaborated with companies such as Enovation Consulting, operating in sports and sustainability since 2019, as well as eminent academics in the field, including Professor Paolo Taticchi, OMRI and Professor Ariela Caglio, to develop the ranking tool.
The index assesses the social, environmental, and governance performance of the 20 teams participating in the 2022-2023 championship, aligned with ESG parameters, the UN 2030 SDGs, and specific indicators outlined in the sustainability strategies of UEFA, FIGC, and Lega Serie A.
“As Italy emerges from another harrowing year of climate change devastation, there is a growing understanding that every sector across the nation must become more climate resilient. Soccer, Italy’s most popular sport, is also adapting to this new reality”.
