Catrina holds an MA in Sustainability and Energy Management from Bocconi University and a BA Hons from Trinity College Dublin. She formerly led financial corporate communication strategies for multinational clients, private equity funds, and energy companies as an Account Director. Currently at UCL, she is deeply involved in sustainability research and is also fluent in Italian and Spanish.

With a robust background in International Relations, he ensures a holistic, stakeholder-inclusive approach to problem-solving.

Professor in Strategy and Sustainability at UCL School of Management, Paolo advices influential organisations and is one of the scientific advisors of the Ministry for the Ecological Transition in Italy. Paolo’s research on corporate sustainability and performance measurement is internationally recognised. Since 2021 Paolo is an External Advisor to the Board of Tecno Group and Tecno International. He has received numerous awards for the impact of his work. His projects, quotes and opinions have been featured over 300 times in international media outlets. In 2021, Paolo was indicated by Italian’s leading business daily Sole 24 Ore as the most influential Italian under the age of 40.
